Today...if you can think it...it can be at your wedding. S'mores has resurfaced as one of the hottest USA trends. As our friends in Jordan have shown us (previous blog), the craze has circled across the world.
I had to look at the above picture a few times because it appeared that they had placed "boards" in this cake but in fact they are giant graham crackers that I am sure any bakery can whip up.
For a more regal look, this chocolate cake with graham cracker cream filling has been beautifully iced with marshmallow icing. I love how they slightly toasted it.
And while you love the whole S'more phenomenon, perhaps a S'mores wedding cake is not what you had in mind. This is a clever idea on how to make your favorite treat a part of your special day without making it the main attraction.
