Ryan Kwanten’s just-completed action film “Blunt Force Trauma,” has been picked up by Nicolas Chartier’s Voltage Pictures. Also in the cast with Ryan are Freida Pinto and Mickey Rourke.
Voltage will launch sales at the American Film Market next week. Filming wrapped earlier this month in Colombia.
In the film, Rourke portrays a champion of underground gunfights, while Kwanten’s character seeks the ultimate duel, and Pinto’s character seeks revenge for the death of her brother.
Ken Sanzel wrote and directed the film, which was produced by Eric Brenner and Gary Preisler.
