Here's another example of the real Olympic spirit in Sochi. Russian volunteers teamed up to save the local stray dogs from the danger of being hunted down by a government-hired pest control company. At least 12 men and women went out looking for adult dogs and puppies to covertly drive them away to the rendezvous point and further to pet shelters and people willing to provide temporary or permanent homes for them.
