Royal Pains drew 904K viewers in the 18-49 demo for its season premiere on Wednesday night, down from the 1.24 that watched the season premiere last year. It was down in total viewers too, getting 3.682 million against last years 3.95 million. Necessary Roughness, however, saw 2.61 million tune in which is up from the 2.3 that started off last season, and 817K in the demo, up from the 797K last season. That’s great news for Necessary Roughness, which barely got renewed for this season.
