Rosemary Coffee Syrup

By Unitherapy @UniTherapy
When I was browsing through "A Beautiful Mess" from Elsie and Emma I found this darling recipe: Rosemary Latte Syrup. Since the recipe is simple and I love the savory smell and taste of rosemary and coffee I decided to try it out.

My dad brought the perfect honey for this recipe from France when he came over.

ROSEMARY AND HONEY SYRUP1 cup water
1/2 cup honey
2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
Bring the water and honey to a boil while stirring to dissolve the honey. Turn the heat down to a simmer and add the rosemary sprigs. Let this cook down for 10-12 minutes until the mixture has thicken some. Remove from heat and allow to cool before use.

And this is what you end up with! I put it in an old coke bottle to fit in our fridge. The taste is AMAZING!! It combines perfectly with the silky taste of a good latte, and gives it just that little extra punch it needs!
