Rose Snowskin Mooncakes 玫瑰露冰皮月饼

This is my new creation for this year, Rose Snowskin Mooncakes. I love the texture and flavor very much. The recipe is similar to my creation on Lychee Liqueur Snowskin Mooncakes. 
The white skin snowskin mooncakes is without rose syrup.
