“We love Greece and go there on vacation every year, and every year to different islands. We assisted by chance on a wedding in Folegandros and knew straight away, that we would like to have our wedding there in Greece and not in France. The idea of having all our friends and family over on this beautiful island, would be fantastic and incredible. In the beginning we thought that there won’t be so many guests, but they all accepted our invitation and we had people from all over the world with us on our big day, which lasted a whole week”.

“I started to look for my wedding dress quite late, four months before the wedding. It is not easy to find a dress. I had to try on a lot to find out what I really want for me. And there is a deadline from the dressmakers too . Some of them don’t accept orders four months before the wedding. I found my dress in a little shop in Paris and the owner made the dress the way I wanted it. But as I said , I was a bit late, so I picked up the dress two days before we left to Greece , so I was a bit worried . Start looking for your dress early”.

“After the ceremony and the first drink on the main square, our guests and ourselves crossed the village to go to the restaurant. The village was full of people who had dinner, and everybody stood up and congratulated us, while we were walking through them. That was a unique moment”.
