What Are Items?
While on missions, you could come across items laying about. These are things. Engage with one to retrieve it and place it in your collection.
You could uncover more goods in your inventory when you respawn at the hideaway after completing missions.
Knowing what each one performs will help you choose what is precious and what you can afford to lose. Some are rarer than others.

Cursed Tickets
The all-purpose reroll object. Use them to reroll your Energy Color, Innate Domain, Cursed Technique, or Clan.
Cursed Gem
used to improve the Voxel NPC’s skill set.
Forgotten Orb
Your Stats are reset.
Goblet
A little, gleaming metal goblet. They have no use, but you may trade them for four essences each to the merchant NPC.
Prosthetic Arm
replaces your right arm to prevent it from being impacted by the mechanism that severs limbs. You cannot become armless in this manner.
Sleeping Medicine
used to travel into the Dream World sooner than you would normally be able to, which is where you get your Cursed Technique.
Sukuna Finger
Boosts your abilities if you possess the Mimicry or Shine Cursed Technique.
WARNING: Using two of them in fast succession may kill your character and cause terrible status effects.
True War Remnant
enables you to use it in The Void to get Heavenly Restriction.
Void Key
Gives you entrance to The Void, where you may activate Heavenly Restriction and get your Simple Domain and Domain Expansion.
