It was a childhood friend’s wedding that brought me to Orlando in late December of last year. Besides the stress of dealing with the logistics of the nuptials and traveling during the holidays, I wasn’t too thrilled about the idea of fighting through agonizing traffic and countless tourists that are mostly there to enjoy the theme-park capital of the world.
