The legendary David Frost died on Saturday, from a heart attack.
He was the amazing originator of, among other accomplishments, of the brilliantly topical satiric "That Was the Week That Was", for example in his salad days. Many people are unaware of his gifts as a comedian as well as those of journalist and interviewer.
The award winning, and much nominated film Frost/Nixon was a bio-pic directed by Ron Howard, starring Frank Langella as Nixon and Michael Sheen as Frost, based on the earlier Broadway play, about the famous post-Watergate interviews. The brief clip below is from the movie:
