O’Neill have just launched a #RIDEMORE campaign which celebrates favorite spots of Snowboarders.
According to the folks at O’Neill this is “an open invitation for all riders to join in and enjoy the ride in every possible way. Why? Because every day can’t be a bluebird powder day. Some days you can’t even get to the mountain. Some days the best riding is in your hometown. #RIDEMORE is about finding alternative ways to ride wherever you are. To find different terrain, to step outside the ordinary, and most of all – be creative”.
A favorite spot of mine is Shoreditch’s Arnold Circus bandstand. I used to walk past this elevated bandstand every day and wonder what it might be like to ride down the steep steps. A bit of snow a few rails and this would be a great location for some boarding.
If you like snowboarding we recommend you get involved in the campaign, there are lots of prizes such as accessories and outerwear to be won. All you need to do is share your favorite spot with the tag #RIDEMORE and the city name e.g. #London on your Twitter, Instagram, Vine and Tumblr channels.
If your entry is deemed awesome enough by O’Neill they will cover your favorite spot with snow and your entry will appear on the official O’Neill tumblr page.
