Rick and Morty Mini episodes transform into their own series, show different art styles and directions and fill the gap between the seasons. The latest comes from Tower of God's anime director Takashi Sano and sends Rick and Morty on an adventure in beautiful Tokyo.

The episode titled Rick and Morty vs. Genocider deals with time paradoxes. Complex, surprisingly heartwarming and, yep, strange This is another notch in the belt for the shorts. The first, a Samurai episode in MarchThe compilation took a year - it's worth it.

Rick and Morty aired their fourth season in late May. During an Adult Swim Twitch event with San Diego Comic-Con, co-creator Dan Harmon dropped one Clip with animated storyboards from the upcoming fifth season.

"We're basically done writing it. The only exception is that I'm going to take part in these zoom editing sessions, where we're going to finish the season five finale," said Harmon. "It's a crazy situation to be here because this show is known to have kept everyone behind schedule."
