*25 gr of condensed milk
*30 gr of pear puree

*100 ml of milk
*15 gr of condensed milk

Preparation:
- Pour the milk into the frother and texturize it on hot mode.
- Rim the cup: Put a little condensed milk on the edge and then brush it in a bowl with
cocoa powder. - Add the pear puree and condensed milk to your mug, then pour in the frothed milk.
- Extract the coffee capsule over the preparation.
- Add the thins and decorate with chocolate zest.
