Asking for a fast food option when you're outside home which also has to be hygienic and safe, isn't that an over expectation?Well, not certainly!A plate full of yummy momos with a bowl of hot soup is just the perfect answer for such curious question. If you are my reader you much also know that this recipe is my hot favourite(at any day) when I am outside home looking for food at a pocket-friendly price.
It was late evening today when I was starving for a home meal, all of a sudden at metro an associate suggested me the name(MOMO HOUSE) with all faith, and convinced me to step down midway from Metro at Tollygunj station.I thank my friends, Shubho and Rahul da for the choice and his honest recommendation.

At my first glance, the chicken soup was very dense and thick which means it's not a pale or being diluted(as I 've often found).Check the visuals of the chicken dumpling soup on the plate:
You will see, whenever it's diluted with water it loses its taste which I really hate to sip. This time, I took a perfect sip with freshly chopped veggies and few smashed chicken excerpts inside.
"USP OF MOMO HOUSE to me is it's soup quality"
Check my first sip of the soup...
This nice feel is well complemented with 5 hot and fresh chicken steamed dumpling which is another name of momo. Although, it wasn't as juicy as Denzong's Tibetan delicacies but it was yummy tasty to me.Do check out visuals of the delicacies....
How much it cost per plate?
It cost Rs. 40 per plate, which includes 5 steamed momos(round shaped), chilly flakes chutney and my favorite chicken soupI think it's pretty economical in comparison.
Although I want to add - do try the chilly flakes chutney at your own risk cause I can bearly recommend you on this.... & I didn't like it.
Where is it located?
You can find Momo House just at the entry point of Mahanayak Uttam Kumar(Tollygunj) Metro station(inside the campus).Just A Minute Before You Leave The Page:
