Review | Nothing But.

By Aworldfullofprettiness
A few weeks ago I was contacted by the lovely company 'Nothing But.' and was asked to sample a few of their healthy snacks.
Review | Nothing But.   A bit of background info - Nothing But. is a healthy snack that can be eaten as an alternative to any of those naughty snacks we like to fill our face with! 1 packet counts as 1 of your 5 a day. Every product is freezer dried which allows each food item to lock in the majority of its colour, flavor and goodness.
It's great for those who are health conscious, those who are watching their weight or dieting, or those that just want to put some goodness into their bodies (which we all should be doing!). They're great for kids too - it'll fill their need for food, but in a healthy way.

The packet size is perfect for popping in your handbag if you lead a busy lifestyle and are on the go a lot. They're great to keep in the car for any long distance journeys or to keep the children quiet for 5 minutes! I even took a Pineapple & Grape packet to work with me one morning and had it as part of my breakfast as I was running late!
Nothing But. currently has 6 varieties to choose from, 3 fruit flavours and 3 vegetable flavours.
I must admit, 2/3 of the vegetable ones I wasn't keen on, but I liked all of the fruit ones (they're obviously a lot sweeter!) and the Pea & Sweetcorn one I developed a slight addiction to! The sliced beetroot and parsnip, along with the mange tout and red pepper was an acquired taste and required some rather adventurous taste buds. I love all of these foods cooked/roasted, but in this dry-freeze form, it wasn't for me. The Pineapple & Grape was definitely my favorite and certainly tantalized those taste buds and woke them up!
