Milka Choco Jaffas
Who knew that Londis was a haven for interesting snacks?! This is the 3rd thing that I have reviewed from there this week! I picked up these Milka ChocoJaffas after seeing the Toffee Mousse Flavour reviewed on A Simple Geeky Life.
I found then in the Polish section and they look like normal jaffa cakes but instead of an orange jelly they have a chocolate mouse filling. There are 12 biscuits in the 128g packet and each jaffa contains 53 calories.

The chocolate on the outside was good and the cakey layer was light and fluffy as a jaffa cake should be. The mousse is quite strange, it's a bit of a combination between mousse and jelly and it's thicker than it looked. I can't translate the Polish packet but I am pretty sure that there is a thin layer of some sort of fruity jelly in-between the cakey bit and mousse because they have a bit of a weird taste that isn't just chocolate but they don't taste orangey either.
Verdict
I would definitely pick these over regular jaffa cakes but they would have been nicer if the filling was just chocolate. Although they have a bit of a strange taste they are nice and it's hard to just eat 1!
