This is the second micellar water that I have tried (first one was from L'oreal) and it's my favourite out of the two. I have purchased my second bottle, I don't re-purchase something unless I really LOVE it so thats a good sign. I'm sure you all know about micellar waters, Bioderma kicked things off and now beauty fanatics cannot get enough of the stuff! Incase you don't know its a water based solution which is amazing at breaking down makeup. It doesn't contain any harsh chemicals like some other makeup removers so its very gentle. I have sensitive skin and this is perfect for me.
This caught my eye when I was in Boots a few weeks ago. I was drawn to it as soon as I saw it, probably because of the pink lid, who doesn't love a bit of pink? When I purchased it was £4.99, which is a complete bargain considering a bottle of Bioderma in the UK is around £10. The packaging is great, it doesn't dispense too much product and gives you the right amount. It also has a 'Bioderma' look to it which I love, its very sleek and simple.
I soak a cotton pad hold it onto my eye for a few seconds and wipe away! It's that easy. It does a great job at removing waterproof makeup too. I don't have to rub at my eyes which is the one reason I love this so much. The product itself doesn't have a fragrance so it would be great for anyone. I don't see me ever using another micellar water!
