This was an odd episode of “Supernatural”. I’m not talking about the notion that a powerful psychokinetic could render the world around him subject to cartoon-style physics. That’s not necessarily outside of the realm of possibility on “Supernatural”. Instead, I’m talking about the awkward mash-up of tonal shifts that hung around this episode’s shoulders like the proverbial dead albatross.
