The eighth season resumes with the first episode of the post-Grant Wilson era. In the relatively short hiatus since Grant’s departure, I haven’t really given TAPS or the show much thought. One of my big concerns, however, was similar to my concern about the lead-up to Grant’s departure: would Pilgrim Films and/or Syfy be tempted to manipulate circumstances to make sure these high-profile episodes would have plenty of tantalizing content?
