It seemed inevitable that something would go after Lisa and Ben before all was said and done, and sure enough, they become leverage to keep the Winchesters out of the game as the war in Heaven escalates towards its conclusion. This episode was all about wrapping up some of the loose ends and setting up the finale. Thematically, it had its strengths, but I’m just not sure that it held together well enough on its own merits.
