The Detroit News on Friday published raw and transcribed audio recorded by former House aide Ben Graham, who had worked for Courser until he was fired in July, when Gamrat also parted ways with a top aide.
Courser, R-Lapeer, reportedly told Graham to send a fake and salacious email about himself to Republican operatives, alleging that the lawmaker had been caught having sex with a male prostitute behind a Lansing nightclub.
The email was an intentionally outlandish "smear campaign" designed to blunt any claims about a relationship between him and Gamrat, Courser said on one recording, making them seem "tame by comparison."
Sooo...I'm pretty sure the gunloons will try to deflect the issue of guns away from these two lovebirds.
But not so fast. Both of these state legislators are ardent advocates of moar guns everywhere. They're big NRA fans.

Thus, we have here two gunloons who decide to concoct ..probably the weirdest and absurd attempt to coverup extra-marital hanky-panky ever recorded. Imagine--dreaming up a homosexual tryst in order to cover for the fact you're banging someone else's wife. And thinking this has a shot at success.
Next, the illegal part. Apparently, these two brainiacs thought it'd be just a super smart idea to involve taxpayer-paid staffers to carry forward this scheme. That's a crime.
