The PUNCH stories that vehicular actions are at present being disrupted following a protest by some communities bordering the 33 Artillery Brigade, Bauchi.
The residents who got here out of their numbers mentioned they had been protesting in opposition to the "forceful eviction" from their ancestral properties.
The protesters blocked the Bauchi-Jos Highway, hindering motorists from going out and in of the Bauchi metropolis. In addition they blocked the street near the Zaranda Lodge Bauchi, just a few meters to the gate of the Artillery Brigade.
This made motorists search for various routes.
