This chart was made from the most recent Quinnipiac University Poll -- done between February 26th and March 2nd of a random national sample of 1,286 registered voters, with a margin of error of about 2.7 points.
It shows the voters are still not too happy with any of the politicians in Washington, but they are less unhappy with President Obama than Congress. And they are unhappiest of all with the congressional Republicans (who did themselves no good at all with the recent threat to shut down the Homeland Security Department). They have 6 points less approval than congressional Democrats, and 7 points more disapproval.
