Above is a reliquary showing both a bone fragment (ex ossibus) and a piece of clothing (ex indumentis) of Saint Benedict Joseph Labre, the “holy hobo.” You can read more about Benedict Joseph here. The bone fragment is a first class relic, the clothing fragment is a second class relic.
