We worked our way around, starting with a quick dip in the hydrotherapy pool, then the outdoor hot tubs before a swim, steam and sauna before dinner. The new salt sauna was definitely a highlight. Such a nice dry heat and the crystal wall was something to look at too. We tried to brave the ice plunge baths but once the freezing water reached knee height that was enough for me. Maybe next time I'll give it a proper go!Able to dine in our robes, we headed along to Ozone for dinner. Opting for starters and mains, I enjoyed chicken satay skewers (because given the option, I’ll always order them for a starter) whilst my sister picked some summer prawn rolls. Following the complimentary prawn crackers served with a zingy sweet chilli dip, our mains arrived. Red chicken curry for my sister and I tucked into beef teriyaki with noodles.
Feeling suitably full from dinner we slowly made our way back through to the spa. Wanting to relax, we headed to the herbal sanarium, salt sauna, Hammam - the ceiling above the jacuzzi in there has lovely twinkly lights so it's almost like looking at the stars! I foolishly decided I wanted to have another quick dip in the pool. Not the wisest decision after a two course dinner but the pool was empty so it felt rude not to.
