To install these plugins go to WordPress dashboard > Reign Settings > Install Plugins

After installing the BuddyPress I am going to activate all the components they have inside it.
Go to WordPress Dashboard and Settings > BuddyPress

Step 2. Use Wb Demo Installer Plugin
After installing the Wb Demo installer plugin go to WordPress dashboard > Theme Installer
After clicking on the theme installer you will see a bunch of theme demos. We are going to pick a theme that serves your community platform purpose.
You can select these demos according to what community plugin you are using. If I am using BuddyPress I can pick my demo from the BuddyPress section but if you are using BuddyBoss or Peepso you can choose your theme from that section.

Now you get the demo data imported it will help you to set up your website easily. All the pages on your website are populated with demo data you can check all of them.
If your blog field is not showing any demo content just go to WordPress Dashboard > Settings > Reading
After clicking on reading you will see a page just like in the below image.
Select “static page” on your homepage displays and then for the homepage choose the option “News Feed”. For the post page choose “Blog” and click on the “Save change” button from the bottom.
