Week nine: Workgroup development: Based on Tuckman's theory group development have five different stages that consists of forming, storming, norming, performing and adjourning (Tuckma & Jensen, 1977). Unless a collaborative approach with employees, it is difficult to enhance the business and productivity. Thus, Tuckman's example is effective to provide training to the workers in different learning stages. It is helpful to develop the skills of a work group. Learners can individually access the learning process with reflective approach. As work group always has the same goal, it is necessary solve and plan together in order to reach the goal. Everyone in a work group needs to be equally sufficient enough to contribute in the team work.

Week ten: Interpersonal skills to communicate others: Passive, aggressive and assertive are the three types of interpersonal skills that effect on communicative ability in a positive and a negative way. Verbal aggressiveness is negative aspects that attack other people's concept. Passive communication is also another negative criterion that makes person's belief less important. In contrary to this, assertive behavior is the right way to stand up and provide own opinion with logical explanation (Dilbeck et al. 2009). It is necessary to convey other people and make them believe about the certainty of a proposed concept.

4. Section three-Application of two of the concepts for future career aspirations

Verbal and non verbal communication and work group development are two important factors that are related with my business career. In order to meet the future aspirations, it is necessary to develop the communicative ability that can support my skills and knowledge. Verbal communication can give me the ability to convince people, interpret own idea and provide good business relationship. On the other hand, the approach to conduct a positive teamwork can be helpful to work a team leader, a manager and business coordinator. These two factors are substitution for one another as it can help to support and meet the business goal with in time. As for example, verbal and nonverbal communications are helpful to encourage, influence to the workers. In the development of business career, these two factors are major approaches to meet the success in future.
