Reference Resource Mondays: Return is Not An Option

Keima

Oh hey. It’s been a while since this space returned. Welp, I did have a con to prep for and…I did have work and…well.

Yeah.

So…what’s worth watching this Spring? Aside from Food Wars and Gintama, my schedule is light!

Ok, so I didn’t work on a compendium this year. As you can probably tell, I didn’t plan my time right, hence why I’ve put myself in a situation where I have nothing to look forward to this spring. But so far I’m taking things one at a time. I can only hope this simple approach to what I do will actually be of help.

Otherwise, I’m still very dedicated to finding good reads. Here’s a few that I caught last week:

  • I’m reminded once again that I should get to rewatching Kanon at some point, or suffer the consequences. Or something.
  • If you need to import Japanese manga, here’s a useful trick by Anne on how to do that on Amazon Japan.
  • Almost anything that I find on my feedly that talks about Gintama will obviously get linked in this space.
  • Here’s a reminder of what got licensed over the weekend since it was CON weekend. Let’s just say Chiyo and bicycles were involved.
  • Killing Time was a pretty great manga full of short stories that may vary on how much you enjoy them. Tony takes a look at it in a different manner.
  • Never heard of Stolen Hearts, but I guess I need to hope it gets brought back somehow.
  • This post on B-Ball Goddess reminds me of that MangaBox article that I should consider doing, since I’ve read all of the manga there. I think.
  • Finally, have a post that discusses what happens when you jump into the original and somehow don’t count the prequel.

No Tweets But One Very Funny One

Videos!!!!

I dunno how this is gonna turn out, except the two are just going to physically start tearing themselves apart. Yeah.

Did not know much about The Swapper aside from it just getting mentioned occasionally by Patrick Klepek, but then I watched the Japanese Nintendo Direct on Friday, and caught this gem. Holy crap. Tempted to put down money after I heard this music in the trailer. I’d rather it get on the 3DS somehow though!
