Well, it actually wasn’t clap worthy, but it was already really good, so I guess that’s just me clapping for the entire series. Anyways, RRM is here! And there’s a lot of good reads from around the interwebs. If you have some time today or tomorrow or this week, feel free to give them a read.

After that go watch an anime or two. Or read a manga or two. Or go read Irregular at Magic High School. Actually, nevermind. I better get to this column now.

  • Oh hey, look at that…I stopped by Beneath the Tangles and shared my Top 5 anime…EVER. Well, at least for 2015. Was much fun. Now go look at how different everyone’s Top 5 is.
  • Yoshihiro Tatsumi, considered one of the masters of Gekiga (what we now call Seinen in some aspects) passed away Sunday. Here’s an article that takes a bit more of a look at him.
  • I’m pretty sure what caught my attention in this article was the fact that there were complaints about Kodansha and Vertical having “Comics” at the end. Eh? Is that really a problem?
  • Additional productive thing to do while watching anime: Submit some resumes!
  • Here’s a list of anime that don’t look like anime just because they don’t look alike–
  • Remember when you were growing up you wanted to go to Japan and work in the anime industry? Yeah, those dreams die hard, and reading this makes them die harder.
