The stack of 20,000 pages of Obamaare's job killing regulations stands 7 foot, 2.5 inches high and was the inspiration for the Twitter hashtag #RedTapeTower.

On the seat next to the "red tape tower" of regulations, is the 2,700 page Obamacare aka Affordable Care Act law that Democrats and Obama shoved down America's throat.
Via Breitbart, a reminder of that is in it:
On March 6, The Hill reported, "The Federal Reserve on Wednesday released an edition of its so-called ‘beige book,’ that said the 2010 healthcare law is being cited as a reason for layoffs and a slowdown in hiring."
That same day, The Hill also said, "Higher healthcare costs were also reported in the districts of Chicago, and the Kansas City district reported ‘changes in health care policy and fiscal uncertainty as reasons for delayed hiring.'"
In its own report, the Federal Reserve Board of Governors noted:
  • "Employers in several Districts cited the unknown effects of the Affordable Care Act as reasons for planned layoffs and reluctance to hire more staff."
  • "Fifth District—Richmond: Employers across the District continued to cite the Affordable Care Act and its unknown impacts as reasons for planned layoffs and reluctance to hire more staff."
  • "Eleventh District—Dallas: Outlooks were cautious. Some contacts noted concern that client companies are hiring the absolute minimum to get by due to uncertainty about the Affordable Care Act."
Further, several companies have announced that Obamacare is causing them to plan layoffs. Medical giant Styker announced it is cutting 1,170 jobs due to Obamacare. Medical device maker Welch Allyn also announced job cuts.
Sadly, one restauranteur in Virginia has reported that he may lose his entire chain of Dunkin' Donuts because of Obamacare's onerous requirements.

Furthermore, businesses, colleges and Virginia have also cut part-time workers' hours from 30 hrs to below because as part of Obamacare, 30 hours and more is now considered full time and would force the companies, colleges and states into massive losses by having to provide insurance for those workers.

OBAMACARE vs. BUSINESS PROCESS OUTSOURCING in 2014? The U.S. healthcare reform (“Obama Care” or the “Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act”) is intended to pressure large and small employers through force and taxation. Enacted in July 2010, the end result will show North American companies deciding to send customer support, sales, lead generation and appointment setting jobs offshore to stay competitive or risk going out of business. Many business owners will hire a dedicated bilingual employee nearshore who is 100% qualified for their project. Financially speaking, ESL call center employees in Costa Rica are as effective as transitional in-house staff for half of the cost. This proven strategy will give small to medium sized companies the option to scale up their BPO staff without getting caught in the Obamacare challenge in 2014.
