I have always said this but I am such a dress girl. I love finding something *special* that I may not immediately have a place to wear but I know that at some point the dress will be perfect for the occasion. That is how I found this dress last month.
I came across this red lace dress while doing a little late night scrolling (if you know, you know). I loved the silhouette, the bodice and of course the color. I thought it would be a fun dress to wear around the holidays or even to an event next spring. I took these photos a few weeks ago when the weather was a bit warmer but if I were wearing the dress now, I would pair it with a heel like this or this heel. I also think that by swapping my shoes to a dressier sandal, it really dresses the dress up even more!
I love this time of year because you can wear anything you want to and in my opinion, the dressier the better!
