Recipes for Free: Tuna Macaroni Salad

Ingredients

1 package Tinkyada brown rice macaroni

2 packages premium Albacore tuna in water pouch

2-3 celery stalks, washed and thinly chopped

1/4 cup green onion

2 teaspoons minced garlic

1 tablespoon mustard powder

1 tablespoons prepared mustard

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar

2 teaspoons olive oil

1 container plain unsweetened So delicious yogurt

To taste: sea salt, cracked black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder

Directions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add macaroni and cook until tender but still firm, about 15 minutes. Drain and cool.
  2. In a large bowl combine macaroni celery, green onion, garlic, yogurt, olive oil, vinegar. Mix together well.
  3. Add mustard +mustard powder.
  4. Season to taste. Refrigerate until chilled.
