Here is couple of recipes that I have been trying, in order to help me lose weight even faster. I still take the Boresha B-skinny coffee, twice a day. I have five different recipes, I would like you try, these are delicious and can help you burn excess fat. I hope you enjoy these recipes as much as I have and let me know what you think about them. Next week we’ll add in exercise and see just how much we can lose when we combine all three together, (the coffee, counting calories, and exercising)Fat-burning Chickpea MuffinsIs stubborn belly fat one of your most bothersome body problems? You can beat the bulge in just 7 days by adding one cup of beans to every meal! Beans, like chickpeas, contain soluble fiber, which works to lower the inflammation that causes belly fat. Start your day off right with this belly fat-blasting breakfast muffin.Ingredients1 can or 2 cups boiled chickpeas2 grated carrots2 tsp nutritional yeast2 tsp poppy seeds1 tsp olive oilSalt and pepper to taste
Directions
In a large bowl, mix all of the ingredients, except the poppy seeds, until you get a doughy consistency. Evenly drop spoonful of dough into muffin pan. Top with poppy seeds and bake for 30 minutes at 350°F.
Fruit and Fiber Breakfast BarConstipation is a painful and potentially toxic everyday problem that no one wants to live with. Conquer constipation with this, no-bake breakfast bar! This yummy, fiber-rich recipe not only treats your constipation, it prevents it too!Ingredients
1 tsp psyllium 
1/4 cup raspberries
1/4 cup oat bran
1 tbsp pumpkin seeds
Applesauce to taste

Directions
Mix all ingredients. Mold mixture into a bar shape and refrigerate until hard. Enjoy!

"Cream" of Tomato Soupn you’re trying to lose weight. The tofu in this tomato soup creates a creamy base without the saturated fat and calories in actual cream. As an added bonus, this silken tofu can lower cholesterol and heart disease.
IngredientsMakes about 2 quarts
1 medium onion, chopped2 stalks of celery, chopped2 medium carrots, peeled and chopped2 cloves garlic, finely choppedKosher salt and freshly ground black pepper3-3.5 tbsp no-salt-added tomato paste1 (28-oz can) whole or diced fire-roasted tomatoes1 lb silken tofu, drained and cut into large cubes
DirectionsPreheat large pot over medium heat. Add the onion, carrots, celery, and garlic to the pot. Sauté for about 5 minutes or until the vegetables are tender. Season with salt and pepper. Next, stir in the tomato paste and canned tomatoes. Add 1 can of water. (You can use the tomato can which is about 28-oz.)
Bring to a boil and cover the pot. Simmer on low heat for 15 minutes. Stir in the silken tofu again for 15 minutes, uncovered. Puree the soup in a blender until smooth.
Butt-Busting Brownie moving and the cinnamon helps process sugar intake, which helps keep fat from being absorbed into your bottom. It’s a win-win!

Ingredients
1 cup raw cacao powder 1/4 tsp cayenne 2 tsp cinnamon1/2 cup rice milk1 cup organic prunes1 cup oats
Directions In a food processor purée the cacao, cayenne, cinnamon, milk and raisins until a smooth paste forms. Add the oats to the food processor and quickly pulse to incorporate them. Transfer the mix into a square or rectangular container lined cross wise with wax paper. Press down to form the ‘brownie' base. Refrigerate until firm. Cut into squares before serving. Enjoy!

IngredientsMakes 1 1/2 servings3 cups spinach2 cups ice1/2 banana2 tbsp of peanut butter1 scoop vanilla protein powder3/4 cup of unsweetened almond milk
Directions
Add all ingredients to blender and blend on high speed, until completely mixed.

Pour shake into glass and enjoy!
