Monday marked the unofficial start of summer and I couldn’t be happier. Temperatures my way have hovered in the high 70′s for a couple weeks now and sunshine runs aplenty. Can you believe we are just about done with the month of May? So much has happened this year and many more A+mazing things lie on the horizon. It hasn’t quite yet sank in that we have crossed the threshold of winter or that I’m the co-owner of a gluten free bakery. But what I do know is that I will relish every warm, hot, humid, and sunshine-y day.
