Myself and the hubby LOVE hummus. We enjoy a lot of different kinds, but roasted red pepper is our all time favorite. This got me thinking, why can't i make it? Well, turns out I can! ;) I was super pumped to try out my new tupperware Quick Chief Pro System but you can use a food processor too (and lets face it, that is probably easier).
Ingredients:1 (15 oz) can chickpeas, drained1 roasted red pepper from jar, drained 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp. Tahini (sesame paste)1 lemon, juiced4 garlic cloves, peeled2-3 tsp. Southwest Chipotle Seasoning Blend2 tbsp. parsleysalt and pepper, to taste
Mix it all together and done! ;)
