We've been in a bit of a breakfast rut lately. Everyday we start our day by eating eggs, steel oats, chicken sausage, avocado toast, and the occasional waffle, and/or pancake. My son proclaimed the kids are in charge of breakfast this day and I think they had some great ideas! My son and my daughter both had different ideas of what they wanted, but they were both super yummy and honestly I was impressed! Here is what we used: photo fc757084-e72a-48fc-892b-969cbf553f5a_zpsfe9f9680.jpg My son wanted toaster waffles with peanut butter and jelly. Quick, easy, and very filling! photo pbampjwaffles_zps59ae851a.jpg My daughter opted to eat open face waffles with peanut butter and fresh strawberries. Also very easy, quick, and very filling.  photo fd3cba8b-74ec-4960-926c-99339d7332ea_zpsb3893bf6.jpg
Have you ever tried these breakfast options?Do you ever let your kids eat what they want? I guess I'm lucky they made good choices. ;)
