Recipe || Creamy Asparagus Pasta

Hellooo shimmers,
Serves 6Ingredients-Mushrooms- 6-8Onion- 1Pepper- 1Asparagus- a bunch(Optional)Panchetta/ham- to tastePasta- 75g/personcreme fraiche/cream- to taste(optional) Tinned tomatoesCut the asparagus into 2 inch pieces and boil them in salted water for 2 mins, then drain them and run the under cold waterThen put all the ingredients including the boiled asparagus into a frying pan.
Recipe || Creamy Asparagus PastaAt the same time put your pasta on to cook (75g per person). Boil the pasta in salted water for approx. 15 mins (until it is cooked!).
Recipe || Creamy Asparagus PastaAdd creme fraiche/cream to the pan with the vegetables ( and tinned tomatoes if you want a tomato sauce).Recipe || Creamy Asparagus PastaDrain the pasta and add it to the veg mix and serve. Delicious! ( If I say so myself!)Laura x
