Ingredients of the cod nets recipe in the oven
– 4 cod nets, fresh or thawed (quantity to be adapted according to the size of the nets, of course!)
– 4 carrots
– 4 tomatoes
– 500 g of fresh or frozen mushrooms
– 1 onion
– salt, pepper, Provence herbs, thyme, parsley
– 1/2 glass of white wine
– 25 cl fresh cream
