Recipe: Chicken with Rosmerry and Lemon

First let me start by saying I have no recipe for this. I just wanted to cook a whole chicken because I now make my own broth using the bones, so I decided to use what I had on hand to cook a chicken. Here is what I used:
1 whole Chicken
Sea Salt
Black pepper
Garlic
Lemon
Rosemaryroastedchicken
I placed the rosemary all around and seasoned both side with salt and pepper to taste. I then added 1 teaspoon of garlic and squeezed 1 lemon over the top. I placed it in the oven, loosely covered with aluminum at 350 degrees for about 3 hours (or until 165 degrees). That's it! I was de-lish and I got my bones I needed for my broth.
