Country singer, Reba McEntire is gearing up for the release of her first gospel album, and for those of us who are anxious to hear the country legend sing gospel, she has given us a tease, with the release of the first single “Softly and Tenderly” ft. daughter in law, Kelly Clarkson, and Trisha Yearwood when you pre-order the album on iTunes.
The album titled, Sing It Now: Songs of Faith & Hope, Reba describes as a “gospel album.”
“Sing it Now, was the perfect title for this album because the message and melody throughout the song connects the dots between the traditional hymns I grew up on and new music that has been uplifting for me in challenging times,” McEntire said in a statement.
