Due to the explosion in the phone, the young man has suffered serious injuries in the upper and lower part of his leg. After the blast, the youth has been admitted to the hospital in an injured condition.

The young man had bought this Realme phone two years ago. There was no problem with the battery of the phone. Police has registered a complaint in this matter. Haris says that he will file a complaint against the mobile phone company in the consumer court. Last month also, 8-year-old Adithishree, a resident of Thiruvivamala, Kerala, lost her life due to an explosion in her Redmi phone.
No official statement has been issued by Realme India regarding this explosion in the phone. Realme 8 is one of the best selling smartphones of the company. The brand launched this smartphone in mid-2021.
