Currently, one of the cheapest flagship smartphones with Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset is Realme GT 7 Pro. The phone was first launched in China in November last year. Now available in India as well. Although Realme did not say anything officially, speculations have started about the new base variant of the device. Realme GT 7 has been spotted on a major certification platform in China. From there its design and specifications have been revealed.
Is Realme GT 7 coming to the market?
Realme GT7 has been spotted on China's TENAA certification site. The marketing name of the phone was not mentioned there. However, the model number is said to be RMX5090. According to the database, the device will have a 6.78-inch AMOLED display. Which will offer 2780×1264 (1.5K) pixel resolution, high brightness and high refresh rate.
The processor of Realme's upcoming phone is octa-core and the clock speed is 4.3 GHz. It is also speculated to be the Snapdragon 8 Elite. If the speculation is true, the GT7 model will also debut as one of the most affordable flagships powered by Snapdragon 8. According to the tenner listing, the phone could be available in 12GB, 16GB, or 24GB RAM and 128GB, 256GB, 512GB and 1TB storage options.
Talking about the camera specifications, Realme's phone may offer a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual rear camera. Again, there will be a 16 megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. Power backup will come from a powerful 6,310 mAh battery. Other features will include infrared, in-display fingerprint sensor, and face unlock system. There are some images listed with the phone that are reminiscent of the design of the GT 7 Pro. So guess, this is the Realme GT 7.
