The long wait is over today. Realme GT Neo 6 SE launched with fanfare. It has various attractive features including incredible 6000 nits brightness display, powerful Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor, advanced cooling system. Other features of the phone include a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 sensor and a 5,500mAh battery with 100W fast charging support. Realme GT Neo 6 SE: Specifications and Features

The Realme GT Neo 6 SE features a 6.78-inch flexible OLED (OLED) panel. It is manufactured using BOE’s S1 luminescent material, capable of achieving an industry-first 6000 nits peak brightness. It’s worth noting, however, that the 6000-nit peak brightness is reserved for HDR content or certain situations. The phone has a typical global peak brightness of 1,600 nits and for everyday use the phone can offer up to 1,000 nits of brightness manually. Also, the screen comes with 8 LTPO technology, which supports low-stroboscopic technology like 2,780 x 1,264 resolution, 120 Hz refresh rate, 2,500 Hz touch sampling rate, 2,160 Hz high-frequency PWM dimming and 3+1 pulse DC. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Victus 2 and has a thin bezel of just 1.36 millimeters.

Realme GT Neo 6 SE features the new Greenfield AI Eye Protection Technology and AI Gaming Eye Protection Technology. The company claims that this is the industry’s first active eye protection solution. The smartphone is available in silver and green color options, the former of which has achieved a fancy titanium-like texture using mirror coating and AG technology.

For performance, Realme GT Neo 6 SE has the new Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 processor. It is built on the same configuration and architecture as the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Since this processor’s capabilities are very similar to Qualcomm’s top-tier chips, Realme has placed a massive 10,014 square millimeter heat dissipation system with a mid-frame ice-sealed structure for efficient heat management.

In addition, the GT Neo 6 SE has various gaming features, such as GT Mode 5.0 for optimized gaming performance, Geek Performance Panel 2.0 for system performance monitoring and “Burning Mode” for sustained high performance. Gamers will also get features like game-dependent memory optimization and a full-frequency band esports antenna matrix for a more stable gaming connection.

For power backup, Realme GT Neo 6 SE will get a 5,500mAh battery and it also supports SUPERVOOC S power management chip for extended battery life. Despite having such a big battery, this new phone from Realme weighs only 191 grams. This is made possible thanks to the ultra-slim high-energy battery design and full-link gallium nitride (GaN) technology. The phone supports 100W fast charging, which can charge the battery to 50% in just 12 minutes. Also, Neo 6 SE comes with the new Xiaobu Assistant, which offers AI features like online translation, AI content generation, article summarization, call summarization.

In terms of cameras, the Realme GT Neo 6 SE features a dual-camera system on the rear panel, consisting of a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS), an 8-megapixel Sony IMX355 ultra-wide-angle sensor. And for selfies, the phone has a 32-megapixel Sony IMX615 camera on the front.

Also, Realme GT Neo 6 SE features an IR blaster, X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback, all-round Near Field Communication (NFC) for payments and connectivity, dual-frequency GPS, IP65 dust and water resistant rating, in-display There is a fingerprint sensor and Android-based Realme UI 5.0 operating system.

Realme GT Neo 6 SE Price and Availability

The Realme GT Neo 6 SE will be available for purchase in China from April 17. However, the phone is being offered in a limited time trial sale window from 11:30 am to 12:00 pm (local time) today. The phone has been launched in China in four variants which are –

8GB + 256GB: 1,699 Yuan (roughly Rs. 19,600)

12GB + 256GB: 1,899 Yuan (roughly Rs. 21,900)

16GB + 256GB: 2,099 Yuan (Rs. 24,700 approx.)

16GB + 512GB: 2,399 Yuan (approx. Rs. 28,200)

Incidentally, the brand has not yet confirmed when Realme GT Neo 6 SE will be launched in global markets including India.
