Realme recently launched the Realme 13 Pro series of smartphones in both India and China. The brand has also launched several other models in India including Realme 13, Realme 13+ and Narzo 70 Turbo 5G. Another mid-range device, the Realme P2 Pro model is set to launch in the country later this week. According to recent reports, Realme is working on their next generation flagship phone, the Realme GT 7 Pro. Recent social media posts by Realme's Vice President and Global Marketing President Xu Ki Chase have revealed the key details of this upcoming flagship device.

The Realme GT 7 Pro phone is going to be launched earlier than the Realme GT 5 Pro handset

Apple recently launched the iPhone 16 series, with one major upgrade being the inclusion of new camera control buttons. It's a dynamic solid-state pressure-sensitive button, which can autofocus with a light press, capture with a long press, and slide left to right to zoom in or zoom out.

Reports last month suggested that Oppo's upcoming Find X8 series could also be equipped with similar pressure-sensitive buttons. In a post on Latest X (formerly known as Twitter), Xu Ki Chase claimed that the company's upcoming phone will have a solid-state button, similar to the capture (camera control) button available on the new iPhones. Although he did not specifically reveal the name of the phone, the company is likely to come up with such a flagship feature for their next flagship phone, the Realme GT7 Pro.

While the phone is likely to launch in November in the Chinese market, it is believed that the Realme GT 7 Pro could debut in the global market in December. Realme is reportedly planning to launch the Realme GT 7 Pro as the world's first Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 phone.
