It has been confirmed that Real Madrid defender Eder Militao has tested positive for Covid-19.
The Brazilian will thus miss the crucial Champions League clash against Inter Milan on Tuesday as he is self-isolating.
"Our player Eder Militao has given a positive result in the Covid-19 tests carried out on Sunday morning," Real said in a statement.
Real, who are bottom of Champions League Group B, face third-placed Inter. A defeat could mean an early exit from the competition which they have won 13 times.
