I am completing an on-line course at the moment, and one of the questions asked was "What are you looking forward to in December?" My answer ... January! School finishes next week and it has dawned on me I have not even started to think about Christmas shopping. Thank goodness for meal planning. No matter how busy my day is, a meal plan ensures that dinner is one less thing to think about.
This week my fellow bloggers and I have put together some very easy meal ideas, perfect for this busy time of the year. Enjoy!
