Re-invention at Noma

By Emma @glasgowfoodie

World famous two starred Michelin restaurant Noma will close at the end of 2015 taking a ten week break to Sydney, Australia and then closing it’s doors for good.

Chef René Redzepi has decided to reinvent Noma and move to the unconventional Christiania area of Copenhagen, Denmark.

Crazy Christiania, we loved the vibe here

Operating since 2003 and gaining accolades such as Best Restaurant in the World, Noma will be re-opening around 2017 in its new location. With an on site farm, greenhouse and floating island, the focus will be more on seasonal produce instead of a tasting plates formula.  With the self sustaining focus as well as centering on seasonal foods, I’m sure the new Noma will fit in well with Christiania.
