RBC Canadian Open - Fantasy Picks
RBC Canadian Open:
Location: Oakville, Ontario, Canada
Course: Glen Abbey
Par: 70
Length: 6,966 yards
Prize Pool: $5,600,000
Last Years Champion: Scott Piercy
For the first and last time during the 2013 season, the PGA Tour will venture North across the border and into Canada.  With several Canadians in the field, several of who have been playing really well as of late, I think it will be the perfect opportunity for one of them to step up and win this weekend.  I think both Graham Delaet and David Hearn will finish in the top 10.  Here's a look at the guys I'll be keeping an eye on...
Graham DeLaet:  The Canuck is 2-for-4 with no top 45s in this tournament, but he's currently playing some of the best golf of his career. Streak of nine consecutive cuts made included five straight top 25s. T8 in par-4 scoring; T10 in par-5 scoring.  I'm predicting a top 10 finish for DeLaet this week.
David Hearn: Eleventh appearance in his national championship (T58 in 2008 at Glen Abbey). Lost in a five-hole playoff at the John Deere Classic, the fourth top 25 in his last six starts. As with his fellow Canadian, Graham DeLaet, I think Hearn will also find himself into the top 10 this week.
Hunter Mahan:  He's 8-for-8 in this tournament. This is his first appearance at Glen Abbey since a personal-best T4 in 2004. Top 10s in two of his last four starts (U.S. Open, Open Championship). Ranks T8 in total driving and should be in great shape for a good performance in the days ahead.
Chris Kirk: Shared ninth at the Sanderson Farms Championship for his first top 10 in five months. Ranks 19th on TOUR in strokes gained-putting, T13 in proximity to the hole, 13th in adjusted scoring, first in scrambling and T2 in par-4 scoring.
