Razer unveiled its Tomahawk Gaming Desktop At CES 2020, this was the company's first attempt to sell desktop PCs alongside its laptop range. Now, almost a year later, the PC is finally shipping - or at least - with a modular 10-liter eGPU-like design Start pre-ordering today - with prices starting at $ 2,400.
According to the ideas, it's pretty awesome. It's basically a pull-out board with two PCI slots: one for a graphics card and one for an Intel NUC 9 Extreme Compute Element module that slides into a slot and over an Intel Core i9-9980HK processor, 16 GB RAM, 512 GB SSD and has a 2 TB hard drive. It can accommodate a GPU that meets the size and performance requirements of an Nvidia GeForce RTX 3080 (It uses a 750 watt power supply) which should cover most needs. You can opt for a GPU-free model. Preconfigured ones contain the RTX 3080.

It's built from matte black machined aluminum, similar to Razer's Core eGPUs, and has the same handle on the back to pull out the tray. On the back there are four USB-A ports, two USB-C / Thunderbolt 3 ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports and an analog / optical 3.5 mm audio jack.
I have a few caveats, however, including the module's mobile-grade processor and the fact that upgrading the Compute Element card - memory and SSD - may not be easy or cheap. I'll know better when I've got one in my hands
