Mass Maharaja Ravi Teja’s Power had a very good first weekend, the best in his career so far. But post weekend the film didn’t live up to its weekend promise as the collections of the film saw a steady decline day by day. Nizam was the only consistent territory which lived up to the expectations of the weekend and came close to 7 Cr collections in first week. Other areas failed to have similar steady collections.
Over all Power has collected around 16.7-16.8 Cr in first week in Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. This is a very good number but it should have been a lot better considering the weekend collections. The worldwide collections of the film as a result of less than anticipated AP & TS numbers have just crossed 20 Cr mark.
